Bhagwan jane is Hindi colloquial, roughly translated as "God only knows". We try to question very existence of certain norms and way of life in our society and in case there are no answers... Bhagwan jane !

God only nose...
So that is our first question.
Why KNOWS, when you can nose. Most of our postings will poke our nose into affairs of other pepal anyways.
